End of Satisfactory Airdrops?

The crypto market, in line with all other global markets, turned red due to the macroeconomic risks that the U.S. faces. The fear of sticky inflation has been replaced with the threat of a long - lasting recession in the global economies.

As we opened the door of the interest rate cuts all around the world, except a couple of countries where the inflation rate is as high as double - digit cases, we started to wait for more money injection to the risky markets such as emerging market (of developing countries with limited political risks) and crypto!

The money injection can be done via quantitative easing that the loans are being made for businesses to grow their trades and the individuals to buy more goods, assets and invest for their future with cheap money.

The form of money creation (a.k.a new money injection) has its own way in crypto ecosystem: the airdrops 🔥

Over the last 7 years, the market has grown a lot thanks to the juicy airdrops that increased the market capitulation dramatically. While the projects were creating their community and feeding them with incentives, airdrops and long - term tasks, the crypto enthusiasts with no capital were able to make a small portfolio of crypto with their earnings from these rewards.

The airdrops were a source of income for thousands of people when they were not so popular. As the attention had shifted towards this area, the earnings per hustler has dropped significantly.

Consider the case that there are only 10,000 farmers and $100M worth of airdrop. This can be a good amount of money for people living in developing countries. However, today the number of hustler increased so hard that the projects are suffering from satisfying the community with the value of the airdrop.

In the case of upcoming Hamster Kombat, there are millions of hustlers. Even when they set certain types of criteria to reward the hard work of a small group, this will not be as juicy as before. There are still great projects, especially AI and Ethereum L2 projects, with not money airdrop farmers hustling on. They may reward the community way better than the most popular projects we see every day.

What do you think about the airdrops' future in crypto?

attention has really been shifted into the airdrop industries by global hustlers. Just as you've said, demand is exceeding supply. It's one of those things that raise questions if hamster will leave to their expectations.

Hamster may not satisfy us, either.

We need hidden gems to hit the jackpot!

We need hidden gems to hit the jackpot!, where will we find them? 🤔

Most players use multi-accounts to farm airdrops that don't require spending money. They assume that retro airdrops (which require money to perform a task) sometimes don't produce good results, as was the case with ZKSync and StarkNet.

Exactly! The rules of the game have changed. I wonder the future of airdrop hunts
