I love being a farmer and you get to be one by playing this amazing dCrops game here on the HIVE BLockchain. Incase if you are aren't aware about this amazing game then let me give you a brief introduction about it. dCrops is a game where you pretend to be a farmer, and you get to fully manage your farm and grow different crops. The items in the game are your own assets to #HODL, so any item you buy or earn in the game is stored on the blockchain as a special type of digital item called an NFT [Non Fungible Token]
Crafting new Equipment NFTs...
Its been a while that I decided to craft new Equipment items in the game. And to be honest these equipment's are very expensive and cost around more then 300+ HIVE. Right now I have 4 equipment being constructed which are Oil Press, Cask, Bee HIVE, Kiln & Preserve Barrel. And one their timer runs out to zero, all these NFTs will be automatically added to my account. So what is the use of these expensive NFTs. I'll get to it in a moment and before that we need to see this snapshot from the game that talks about crafting.
This is an example to craft VODKA, I just love drinking this Russian drink and hence thought to have some fun by crafting the same in the game. So if you in order to craft VODKA, I would need 2 Potato as ingredient and then the equipment which is CASK that I am currently constructing. You can craft an item in the game without and equipment and there are different equipments in the game to construct. Its turning out to be a costly affair but at the same time these NFTs are tradable. And I can sell them at any point in the time in internal market to different farmers. There was a point where Hi-Tech lands which are used for growing crops, were being sold out for cheap and now when we see their prices it has skyrocketed where one Hi-Tech land is being sold for 300+ #HIVE. You get the point right - we never know when the prices of an #NFT can do wonders and then all of a sudden you feel happy about all the deals that you had done in the past. One such another example is for the Splinterlands game NFTs..we all here on the HIVE know about this for sure. That's all about crafting in dCrops and if this is something that excites you go explore the game, I am sure you are going to love it.... cheers
