Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. This also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.
Let’s start with my Hive goals.
Hive & HBD
My current goal is 35k Hive.
Last week I made 270.16, bringing me to 27,285.730 total Hive Power. That’s 78.0% of my goal! That 270.16 wasn’t really from posts though, so don’t get the wrong idea. I’ll explain after the jump.
Math time. 35k - 27,285.730 gives us 7714.27. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 35.2 Hive needed per day to reach 35k by that point. That is exactly the same as last week, so we haven’t improved, but at least it hasn’t declined.
Oh yeah, I said that 270.16 figure was a lie. On Wednesday last week I noticed that my 7 day total earnings had fallen to 150. Man… have my posts been doing so badly lately?? So I started powering-up 20 everyday to make up for the shortcoming. That combined with my average coming back up to normal the final few days of the week to push me up to 270.16. So while that is a great average for the week, a lot of it came out of my own pocket.
BRO, PIMP, & CINE
Last week I bought and earned 0.285 BRO, which puts me at 537.5 total or 53.7% of my goal. Still making baby steps here.
I made 511.64 PIMP last week, putting me at 78553.31 — 78.6% of my goal. Getting closer and closer to my goal of 100k here!
And I made 555.176 CINE, putting me at 96,382.066. No real goal here, but just climbing and will see how far up I can go. A reminder, this one is more of a hail mary, so don’t go copying me. Ray does have big plans for this token and tribe, but LGN is first on his list, making CINE definitely a long-term play.
Silver
The silver chart for last week:
Seems like it was coming back down to reality last week. But we are still above $30, so that’s a good place to begin the new week!

Given the news last week that the Shiba dog who became the Doge doggy died of old age, I think this might make a good one to pick up. Of all the meme coins, I’ve always liked Doge, just for the playfulness of the token and the indifference of the core group as to whether the coin does well or not, as long as we can have fun with it. Much wow! (Get it here)
