Hello all! Another week and it’s time again to do another #myhivegoals post, a series idea started by started by @jongolson. 2024!! Can you believe this? We are living in the future. You know what happens in 2024 according to Hollywood, don’t you??

The way things are going, we may be on track for this.

Anyway, this post also doubles as my weekly progress report for #saturdaysavers, which is a fun little group that tries to motivate everyone to save and reach their goals. I’m going to look at the progress I’ve made on my Hive goals, as well as give a few tokens I’m looking at right now. If you are here for the comment SBI giveaway, well, we’ll get to that too.

Let’s start with my Hive goals.

Hive & HBD

My current goal is 35k Hive.

Last week I made 178.62, bringing me to 22853.28 total Hive Power. That’s 65.3% of my goal!

Math time. 35k - 22853.28 gives us 12146.72. Divided out by the days till the first of next year, we get 35.9 Hive needed per day to reach 35k by that point. My average this week was 25.517 per day. I think that’s the same as last week. Still 10+ down from where I need to be. I guess that means I still haven’t been noticed by the big voters.

On the HBD end, I keep sticking .71 in savings everyday to meet my 20 per month soft goal.

BRO & PIMP

I earned 0.204 last week, which puts me at 526.21. This goal is moving like a rock, but at least progress is being made, I suppose.

As to PIMP, I made 455.7 PIMP last week, putting me at 65042.4 — 65.0% of my goal. Can never complain about ~500 per week. That’s not enough to get me to my goal of 100k by the end of the year alone, but it is a big help.

DBOND

The last DBOND sale has begun, so you might head over and buy some if you can. We are promised that no more will ever be released. They are going for 1 hive each. I picked up 20. If I can find some more money before they sell out from selling other H-E tokens, I may pick up more.

Silver

Silver had a fairly strong week. It went up early in the week and stayed there, ending the week around $23.

The Japan chart looks similar.

Unfortunately I didn’t meet my silver goal this past week and didn’t pick up any. Still, what I do own went up in value a little, so I’ll take what I can get.

I’m going in to the local coin shop this week. I’ve never asked him if he will order silver rounds for me and if so how much he charges. I’ll ask this week and see.
