i must say I am a big fan of tokenization. The RWA tokenization will be an added blockchain tech advantage although I am seeing the current pending limitations you just discussed.
Who knows, ideas keeps sprouting, maybe new ways of solving old problems may emerge. There will be much asset flow into both industries yet the digital will have flexible hedge. Thanks for the article
