I was reading a news where a couple who are running their own business have hired a home manager and paying them $1000 per month. The job of the home managed is to take care of the home when the couple is growing their business. Now this is perfect example of delegating the work. When the couple have to do themselves, their time would be spent. Since their time is limited and they want to use that time to grow their business, they have hired a home manager to do that job.

The job of the Home manager is to make sure everything is done accordingly. Hr will coordinate with all the maids and other people as well as he will be fixing any minor issues and what not. This way the couple would save a lot of time which will help them to devote their time to the business. To be honest, it is like a hotel manager itself. The hotel manager does the same thing for the whole hotel whereas in this case the home manager only handles the house.
I think it looks like a easy job and it might be. But again it comes down to managing a team who works in the house. If you have some experience in that it's again am easy job. The only thing is that how many people are actually providing this type of job as well as this type of salary. Hopefully more and more jobs like this can be created which can help people to get employed.
