Hey Hive friends! Happy start to May, everyone! I always feel a bit nostalgic around this time of year. These are the last few weeks I'll be able to see the Araguaney trees in bloom, so I have some time to photograph one if I'm lucky enough. This month, among many other things, I'm coordinating the lab classes at the university, so I barely had time to write this report on Monday, which is the day I usually do them to make my progress week by week. But here I was, at the university, accompanied by this mischievous cat I named Diocletian, yes! Like the Roman emperor. Yesterday he surprised me because I saw him protecting his territory from other cats in the faculty, and boy, is he aggressive! He's my only companion when I arrive so early to start preparing for lab sessions. We both share a stoic nature, which is why I don't take my job for granted, because training professionals is always a rewarding endeavor. Of course, I also dedicate that time to my Hive project, which I'm definitely taking very seriously, so let's see how our progress has been this week and assess the status of #MyHiveGoals.

These last 24 hours have been insane! Hive's price has skyrocketed by 44.4%. The truth is, with all this global chaos we're experiencing, the uncertainty is quite high, and I don't know to what extent this price will hold or if, on the contrary, it's just the first step towards a sustained bull run. I hope it's the latter, although in either scenario, my approach will be the same: creating content about my favorite projects and interacting with the various communities. In other words, continuing to grow on Hive.

Let's start with the most important event of these first days of May, #HPUD. As we've been doing for the past four months, on the 1st of each month we've been religiously blocking our Hives to increase our Hive Power and strengthen our contribution to this project. But we've gone beyond just powering up one day a month and have committed to powering up every day of the year. And although we haven't received the #HPUM Hive Power Up Month medal since December, I've remained steadfast in blocking at least one Hive every day, except for the 1st of each month when I power up at least ten Hives.

The sum of these power-ups, combined with posts and interactions on Hive, has led me to generate almost 149 HP this week! That's right, friends, we far surpassed our goal of 9,500 HP before May 1st! I still remember when we started January with 7906 HP in our first week. I was frustrated that we hadn't reached 8000 HP at the time, but looking back, and despite the drop in Hive's price, achieving over 1600 HP in the first quarter of the year seems like a remarkable improvement. Of course, we're still far from the 12000 HP I've set as my goal for 2026, but maintaining this pace, this goal is perfectly achievable.

HBD Savings
Next, let's talk about our HBD savings. Last week, I organized the posts I had already planned, and fortunately, they were well-received. Combined with the curations and interactions, we reached 7,344 HBD this week. Unfortunately, I traded those Hives to HBD on Sunday afternoon when the Hive was at $0.06. We could have made a bit more profit if we had waited until today, but as I mentioned at the beginning, there's no need to get upset about these things, just keep working on your blog and your reputation. You'll see the fruits of your labor one way or another.
We've reached a total of 1964.73 HBD, and I think that with luck we'll reach a little over 1970 HBD by the end of this week, which conveniently coincides with the collection of the interest on that 15% APR, which I estimate could be around 19-20 HBD, bringing us to about 1990 HBD. I was hoping to reach 2000 by the end of this month, but we came pretty close. The goal I set for myself of reaching 2300 HBD by the end of this year does seem quite difficult now, but there are still 7 months left. I think if I organize my time better, I can achieve this goal.
That concludes my report, friends. This past week I also had no activity on the second layer beyond NFT games. Only now, as I write this, am I receiving the RWA tokens: TGLD and TNVDA that I had staked. It's a shame what's happened to these projects. I need to evaluate what's best to do with them: exit them completely and accept a loss of over 90% of my investment, or hold on and pray for a miracle. Que tal amigos de Hive! Feliz inicio del mes de mayo estimada comunidad, siempre tengo cierta nostalgia por estos días, son las últimas semanas que podré ver los arboles Araguaney florecer por lo que tengo algo de tiempo para fotografiar alguno que vea si tengo suficiente suerte. Este mes entre otras tantas cosas me corresponde coordinar la docencia de los laboratorios en la universidad, por lo que casi no tuve tiempo para realizar este reporte el lunes que son los días que me gusta hacerlos para comprar mi avance semana por semana. Pero aquí me encontraba, en la universidad acompañado de este travieso gato al que llamé Diocleciano, si! Como el emperador romano. Ayer me sorprendió porque lo vi protegiendo su territorio de otros gatos de la facultad y vaya que es agresivo! El es mi único acompañante cuando llego tan temprano para comenzar a preparar las prácticas de laboratorio, ambos compartimos el ser estoicos y es la razón por la que no desprecio mi trabajo, porque formar profesionales siempre es una labor gratificante. Por supuesto, comparto ese tiempo con mi progreso en Hive que es un proyecto que definitivamente me estoy tomando muy enserio, así que veamos como ha estado nuestro progreso esta semana y evaluar el estado de #MyHiveGoals.

Estas últimas 24 horas han sido de locura! Hive a disparado su precio un 44,4% la verdad es que con todo este caos global que estamos viviendo la incertidumbre es bastante grande y no sé hasta que punto este precio vaya a mantenerse o si por el contrario es apenas los primeros pasos para bull run sostenido. Espero que sea lo segundo, aunque en cualquiera de los escenarios mi proceder será el mismo, crear contenido de mis proyectos favoritos e interactuar con las distintas comunidades. En otras palabras seguir creciendo en Hive.

Comencemos por el evento más importante de estos primeros días de mayo, el #HPUD. Como ya veníamos haciendo en estos últimos 4 meses cada 1ero de mes hemos estado religiosamente bloqueando nuestros Hive, para aumentar nuestro Hive Power y aumentar el peso de nuestra participación en este proyecto. Pero hemos ido más allá de solo hacer power up un solo día del mes y nos hemos propuesto hacer el power up todos los días del año, y aunque desde diciembre no nos están dando la medalla del Hive power up month #HPUM me he mantenido firme bloqueando al menos 1 hive todos los días a excepción del 1ero de cada més donde hago power up de al menos 10 Hives.

La suma de los estos power up en sinergia con las publicaciones y las interacciones en Hive me ha llevado esta semana a generar casi 149 de HP! Así es amigos, logramos superar ampliamente la meta de los 9500 HP antes del primero de mayo! Aún recuerdo cuando empezamos enero 7906 HP en nuestra 1era semana, me frustraba no haber llegado a los 8000 HP en aquel momento, pero viendo las cosas en retrospectiva y a pesar de la caída del precio de Hive, haber logrado más de 1600 de HP en el primer trimestre del año me parece un avance notable. Por supuesto aún estamos lejos de los 12000 de HP que me he propuesto para este 2026, pero manteniendo el mismo ritmo esta meta es perfectamente posible.

Ahorros HBD
Luego pasamos a nuestros ahorros en HBD, la semana pasada organicé las publicaciones que tenía ya tenía planeadas y afortunadamente fueron bien valoradas y sumado a las curaciones e interacciones, llegamos a 7.344 HBD esta semana. Lamentablemente cambie esos Hives a HBD el domingo en la tarde cuando el Hive estaba en 0.06$ habríamos podido sacar algo más de ganancia si hubiéramos esperado hasta hoy, pero es lo que les comentaba al comienzo, no hay por que amargarse por estas cosas, solo seguir trabajando en tu blog y tu reputación, el fruto de tu esfuerzo y trabajo lo verás de una u otra forma.
Llegamos a si a un total de 1964.73 HBD y creo que con suerte llegaremos a poco más de 1970 HBD al final de esta semana que coincide convenientemente con la recogida de los intereses de ese 15% de APR que estimo que podrían estar rondando los 19-20 HBD estaríamos sobre los 1990 HBD. Esperaba llegar a los 2000 a finales de este mes pero quedamos bastante cerca, la meta que me propuse de llegar a los 2300 HBD al terminar este año si que se ve bastante cuesta arriba ahora, pero aún quedan 7 meses, creo que si me organizo mejor en mi tiempo puedo llegar a concretar esta meta.
Con esto cierro mi reporte amigos, esta semana que pasó tampoco tuve actividad en la segunda capa más allá de los juegos NFT, solo en este momento que les escribo estas líneas estoy recibiendo los tokens RWA: TGLD y TNVDA que tenía en staking una pena lo que ha pasado con estos proyectos, necesito evaluar que es lo mejor que puedo hacer con ellos, salir definitivamente de ellos y asumir una perdida de más del 90% de la inversión o mantenerlos y rezar por un milagro, en el próximo reporte le contaré como me fue con estos tokens.
