I think it's all about cloud computing. The inconsistent workloads can be very well managed with the seamless elasticity provided by the cloud providers. The servers scale in and out based on live traffic.
Definitely an amazing user experience.

        Many big companies sometimes struggle to manage their servers and traffic and it is amazing to see a government application doing this.
