Motivation to exercise

While reaching almost half of the life span, the importance of having good health is surfacing little by little. I always wanted to stay healthy from my very young age, and I used to spend time on exercise or yoga, or any physical activity. But something like life keeps us busy, and we might find it hard to spend time on taking care of our bodies.

It is very common to ignore a healthy lifestyle because the other type of lifestyle is very attractive to everyone. Many people don't have good food habits. I usually prefer home cooked food but at times when I have outside food, nothing can control me. At least I have some food restrictions that usually take care of some basic prevention.

A Healthy body is a healthy mind

In the last two months, I have been going for a badminton game with friends in the morning. I used to stay overnight very late and wake up early in the morning, affecting my good night's sleep and my overall sleep quality. This even caused some health issues because of sleeplessness. I wanted to change that lifestyle, and I started playing the game. In the last two months, just because I'm playing in the morning, it has made me tired and forced me to hit the bed as soon as possible. Sometimes I might miss going to bed early, which is okay compared to the previous lifestyle that I had.

Today, after waking up early and spending time on my own physical activity, I find it very relaxing and energetic throughout the day. The game that I play in the morning is creating a good workout for me, giving me both a good body as well as a good mind.

Laziness still hits me

On some days, I don't feel like getting out of bed and going to the game. The reason can be that I might have slept late the previous day. But since this morning routine of playing everyday is giving me good motivation, I want to do it again and again. I'm able to see a great improvement in my body in the last two months, especially after I increased my physical activity. This also makes me feel sometimes that age is just a number, and if we want to do something, we can always do it irrespective of our age.

It's hard nowadays to keep healthy body, all products push you to eat garbage, time is never enough to do anything... So it's pretty hard

I literally have zero motivation to do all that. I used to go to the Gym but ever since I passed the age of 25 my body decided to be sluggish lol.

exercise especialy physical and mental also makes the body strong and young,.. you keeping fit is the best way to go about it

Sometimes it can really be difficult trying to keep it going most especially when it looks like we are not getting result

There was a time when I took my exercise life seriously and that lasted for just a week
I wonder how some people become very consistent at that…
