This is something that I keep learning quite often by analyzing my body. Some days I feel more energetic and some days I don't feel like doing anything. On days I don't feel like doing anything, if I keep pushing hard, I end up making many mistakes in my work. This has been the case for a very long time and I was wondering what could be the cause. That's when I found out that both the mind and the body are interdependent and if one is having a problem, it will affect the other and our productivity will be affected.
Training mind and body
To achieve good things in our lives, it is essential to have both mind and body work together. With the mind not good and the body very healthy, we will not be able to achieve great things. At the same time if we have a healthy and positive mind and if we don't have a supporting healthy body, the focus will be automatically taken to the body to improve the health and the mind will not be able to focus on other things. There are ways to train both body and mind with a good balance.
For a healthy mind, relaxation techniques, meditation, etc are the best methods, and for a healthy body, having the right food, exercise, yoga, etc are good things. We shouldn't be overdoing anything. Everything should be in a balance so that we don't burn out too much and that will also ultimately make us tired and let us not do anything effective.
Food plays a very important role
Food is a vital source of energy for the human beings. Based on the food we consume, we can generate lots of energy and vibrations that are good or bad. If we consume the wrong food, we might feel lazy and we may not have the right amount of energy that we need for our day-to-day activities. So, food plays a very important role and we have to consume a balanced diet so that we can find a balance between our mind and our body.
If the focus is on training the mind, there are food types available that are good to keeping our stomach light and thus helping in easy digestion. If the digestion is good, the mind will also stay calm and good. If the focus is on getting the body built up, there are protein rich foods available that can be consumed to increase the muscle growth in our body.
Spreading positive vibes
If we can successfully find a balance between the mind and the body, we can spread that positivity to others as well. It is said that if our mind is good, we can do so many things but at the same time, we have to also keep the body healthy so that if our mind is asking for help to do active things the body, there should be energy left in the body or the body should be capable of doing what mind is asking us to do.
