Create interesting content on Hive
This can be tricky because what may be interesting for me could be boring for another person. Therefore it is important to find a niche topic to write about.
Equally important is to know where to post it. For the convenience of the users of the blockchain there are a large number of communities and not only should one be posing in the communities related to our interests but also interact with other posters in the community.
One should always try to create meaningful and engaging content.
This would be possible if we try to offer insights based on our experience about the topic that we are writing about.
Fight the writers block
A lot of time we are not able to find a topic to write about and for this we can again go back to the topic of your interest by visiting our favourite communities. There we may find weekly prompts or ongoing contests. We can participate in these contests and engage with other participants.
Reading others' content is a good starting point to gain knowledge about the topics of our interest.
Make friends and network on the blockchain
Life on a web3 platform like hive is very much like life in the real physical world. To grow and be stimulated we like to interact with like minded individuals.
For this it is good to follow other writers who write interesting content in the communities that we have joined.
Look for the authors and content creators who are consistent and are creating good content.
Reading other people's content is a good way to increase the depth of our own knowledge in our chosen topic and field of interest.
You would find that by commenting on others posts we are able to find some good posters who reciprocate a comment. For this to work make sure you actually read posts and write a comment that is genuine, meaningful and is respectful.
Keep powering up your account
Whenever possible keep powering up your hive account with the hive tokens that you may have. Doing so on the hive powerup day is a pretty good way of doing so regularly.
