A good investment is one that gives you good profit in the long run and also keeps your money safe. In my view, the most important thing is diversification which means, don’t put all your money in one place.
If your basket falls you will loose all your eggs but if you have multiple baskets then surely many of your eggs will be safe. The same must be in investments, you must diversify your portfolio in different investment markets.
Every market has ups and downs, so if there is loss in one place, you can still get profit from another. You must be invested atleast in three different markets.
I like three types of investments: physical investments (like gold, silver, or a part in a business), crypto , and property, Car (like buying and selling of them).
Physical investments are a bit safe, while crypto is a high risk, high reward type of thing. Property is something that gives good value over time and can also give income through rent.
I will recommend for myself to invest 20% of my wealth in crypto, 40% in property/cars and the other 40% in physical businesses.
A good investment is not just about earning money, but also about planning your future wisely. So every person should make a plan according to their needs and how much risk they can take. Diversification done with understanding can take you towards a better future.
