Es una historia basada en la vida real, en la que uno niño debe superar contra todo pronóstico sobrevivir a lo que parece un destino sin retorno alguno. Todo comienza con Gabriel (Miguel Venerabile) un niño de apenas 8 años que le encanta jugar futbol y es capitán de su equipo, emocionado por un partido crucial que tenía, se prepara a ello junto a su familia, pero ya venía presentando dolores de cabeza, a pesar de ello va a su juego.
Todo parece estar bien e yendo excelente en su partido hasta que se cae al piso tras un fuerte dolor de cabeza es ahí cuando su mamá (Leticia Spiller) y papá (Eriberto Leao) deciden llevarlo a emergencia, aparentemente él está bien solo parece ser algo de los ojos que le está afectando, posiblemente lentes, sin duda alguna sus padres quedan con la duda y deciden llevarlo de una vez a especialistas, hasta llegar a un conocido neurólogo, quien le hace los respectivos exámenes a Gabriel y descubre que tiene un tumor en el cerebro, por lo que hay que operarlo de inmediato.
Pese al susto de saber que tiene un tumor, los padres afrontan la decisión de operarlo y llevar a cabo tal cosa, la mamá embarazada y con otro hijo en casa mantiene la calma por su hijo mayor, todo parece salir bien en la cirugía, pero como todo en lo que respecta a la salud puede variar, tras la operación se produce una fuerte infección originando una bacteria la meningitis bacteriana la cual trae consigo daños cerebrales y a su sistema motor, por lo cual cae en coma.
A partir de ello la vida de sus padres corren en un sinfín de angustia y miedo por saber que hacer por su hijo, ya que el perderlo no es una opción, no siempre la medicina es la respuesta final, la fe mueve montañas y acá veremos cómo su mamá y familiares se aferran a ello, así como su padre ira aprendiendo una frase que me hizo pensar mucho “No creer es estar loco como creer”, nada cuesta con creer en aquello que no vemos, que no sentimos, hay cosas que la medicina no puede explicar o razonamientos que no tienen lógica alguna, simplemente pasan y ya, aunque parezca imposible, aunque los números y casos digan que no hay posibilidad, hay un Dios que te dice yo sí puedo.
Es una historia que te hace pensar en que, si existen los milagros, que teniendo fe se pueden superar obstáculos que parecen imposibles, que quizás no siempre ocurre porque si no, no existiría tanta tasa de muertes, pero nadie tiene los mismos tiempos, alguno les puede tocar vivir algo más de lo que parecía que no, y es a ello que le llamamos milagros.
