Hello @sommylove I think the idea of this post and what you have said are both very important and highlighted well. But I think the post needed a little editing too.

There is always a scenario when hand is being pointed at a particular person for one thing or the other in which he or she might have really shown when the person was holding the mantle of leadership one thing is that when always we might see others it might feel so easy and look as if they are doing it deliberately which might be right or wrong but we at the other hand when there how would we really behave?

The sentence above at the beginning is too long and a bit confusing. I kinda seem to have got this gist but if you could break it up into two or three sentence the meaning might become clearer.

Would we really be at our very own best behavios or seviate one thing is that kn that situation we should try earnestly to make a chance and really dhow a difference.

This sentence also has some typos which makes understanding it a bit difficult. Typos in the rest of the post were not so difficult to overlook. I think you might be writing as you think, the way I do, and for people like us long sentences and typos are usual. Especially when we write on the phone. So review for editing will be very useful for us so that the powerful idea does not lose it's meaning.
