Hello worldmappin' travellers!!
I’m back with the story of my second day's adventure and even though the fountain is still taking a little break (hehehe!), I have a ton of cool discoveries to share with you all!!
The sun was out and getting pretty warm today, so I made a plan.. tour around Hacienda Justina as fast as I could, snapping photos of everything so I could share them here with all of you!! 😆
🍄 Right away, I found some adorable spots to rest!!
They have these super cute and creative seating areas..
Look at this!! mushroom mania 🍄😁
There's a table and chairs painted to look just like giant, bright red mushrooms with white spots..
It makes you feel like you've tumbled down a rabbit hole into a whimsical garden,,
Other benches and a sturdy table were made of concrete but designed to look exactly like rustic wooden wagons..
So much countryside charm 😊

🏡 I then headed up the hill for a quick scouting mission and found even more of those cool A-frame huts!!
These ones were a bit smaller than the concrete ones I shared in my last blog, making them look like little dollhouses tucked into the green..
They all had these awesome, bright yellow doors!!
One even had a little goat hanging out nearby, keeping an eye on a parked ATV 😆,,
But the biggest surprise was just behind the hill... a real-life Dragon Fruit Farm!!
The rows of cactuses each growing on a concrete post, stretched out under the bright blue sky..
It was so cool to see the plant, with its delicate flower, thriving in the heat.. ☀️
It felt like stepping into a totally different landscape!!
🍹 My perfect way to cool down.. 😍
After my quick but sun soaked tour, it was time for the best part of any hot day,, a super-cold, refreshing drink!!🍹
I grabbed a melon fruit shake to freshen up a bit..
It was icy, sweet and the perfect reward for exploring under the intense sun..
Absolutely hit the spot..
