This place was owned by Chinese people and they brought the land almost 6 hectares of land are occupied by agricultural plants like Coconuts and Bananas. This rocky road connects to the Provincial road here in Manticao, it contains this bobwire with concrete posts to make it durable. Each both sides contains hundreds of coconut trees and all of it are already produced lots of coconut fruits ready to harvest by next month. This road can also accessible by different kinds of vehicles like Trucks, Jeepneys, Tricycles, Motorcycles and even bicycles in fact there are lots of bikers and riders went here to do adventure.
This farm is also near at the Manticao river, the water from the river is very important in terms of watering the plants. The Distance between the farm and the river is 20 Meters away. Different kinds of vehicles can also reached at the river specially when there are people who wants to washed their clothes bringing their vehicles. The both side of the place contains lots of bamboo trees and Native trees like Mahogany and Molave. Aside of that, different kinds of wild plants grows under on the bamboo trees. This road was excavated last year and it is very important to all residents who lives near at the farm to reach the river very easily.
The next portion of the Farm is a plain place were lots of young coconuts planted. It is in categorized and aside of that, some vegetable garden also at the place. According to the landowner, the total number of coconuts here are 1,000 trees and it is very amazing. There are also few banana plants in the place and a lot portions of Garden full of String beans and bitter gourd. The dry coconut palm are cut and sell to the Market place. This place was once an open field planted with lots of corns but as many years has past, the place is now turned into coconut farm areas.
There is also a wooden house built inside of the farm and it is also served as a rest house by the land owner. This wooden house is built near at the bamboo trees and it is very unique, the walls of the house is made of coconut lumber. This house is surrounded with lots of wild plants and tall trees and it is veru cool by visiting here.
This is the slope areas of the Farm and they called it Santa Cruzan. Even if it is a kind of slope place, still there are also few coconuts and bananas planted here. At the back of this mountain is the small village and this place is also a boundary point between the two Zones of Manticao. Farm raising animals like cows and goats are also perfect in here because of wild grass grows here.
This is the other road of the farm and it leads to the National road. Walking here going to the National roads takes almost an hour and some parts of the road is located near at the mountain slope. There are some parts of the place contains lots of banana plants and massive of Bamboo trees grows at the place. Wild and big trees like Balete tree also grows in here and it gives the areas cool and relaxing. Visiting Parola Farm Valley is truly enjoyable and we can be very amazed of the farm because of the crops and valuable farm plants can be seen and found here.
