All of us Loves to visit and explore beach places, it keeps our mind relaxing and comfortable.
Greetings hive travelers around the World, I lived near at the coastal areas and this place contains lots of wonderful views that attracted lots of people and adventurers. For today's travel blog allow me to share some of the wonderful views here in Lamesahan located in Barangay Biga, Lugait Misamis Oriental Mindanao Philippines. Every summer season, there are lots of tourists who came from far places just to visit the place enjoying themselves swimming in deep blue sea water and walking at the beach front. Lamesahan is located at the middle of Barangay Biga and thisbis the fishing areas to all fishermen and residents who lives near at the coast.
Lamesahan comes from the bisayan term Lamesa, which means table. It derived from the big chunks of stones and corals that shape like a tables made by Nature. This shore is not quite far from Main road and it needs to walked a few meters away down to the coastal areas. High cliffs made of solid rocks and wild plants and trees also grows. Despite of rocky views, it also gives a good contributions specially to all marine animals like Fish, shrimps and crabs. It lives under on this big rocks every high tide and sea shells also at the place. Most of the fascinating views we can found here are stone formations just like tables, and it brings an attractiveness of the place.
Not only big rocks but also lots of peebles can be seen and found here. There are only few places here that contains fine sands and the rest are filled with rocks and peebles. Different colors and sizes are found here and it gives an attractiveness. This area is submerged by sea water every high tide and living tons of solid rocks and peebles every low tide. Small broken coral rocks also found in here and hermet crabs living in a hole or at under of this mount of peebles.
Lots of rock pools are expected to see at the surface during low tide, most of the fishermen here likes to catched trapped fishes at the rock pools and some of the tourists used it as swimming pool. There are also lots of sea weeds grows at the stones and some of it are edible.
This floating structureat the middle of the sea is open to all tourists. This floating cottage is made of light materials just like lumbers, bamboo pieces, nipa rooftop. There are also small boats floating to the sea used to do fishing. This floating cottage is located at near the fish sanctuary of Manticao. This floating structure was built 4 Years ago and it is still operational and can be used by tourists people.
There are also few coconut trees grows near at the coastal areas and all of it produced lots of fruits. Same as the other coastal areas I've visited, those coconut trees leaning towards the sea because of the strong winds happens here.
This big stones is served as a diving board because of the deep seawater below of this rock. Children loves to play and dive here and aside of that, we can walked closer to the sea water without getting wet. This is also a perfect spots to do fishing in fact there are lots of people went here bringing fishing lure to catched fish. Even if it is high tide, this big rock can be seen at the surface creating a big splash of water. Lamesahan is a perfect spot to visit specially during summer season.
