Here’s a quick rundown of our adventure-packed itinerary:
Coconut Deck View
We started strong with the iconic Coconut Deck View, a stunning spot known for those human drone shots you always see on Instagram. And yes, we made sure to serve lewks and take our turn doing the pose. Hair flipping, arms wide, giving “main character in a tropical romance” vibes. The view? Breathtaking. A sea of coconut trees as far as the eye can see. It was giving… nature’s runway.
Magpupungko Rock Pools
Next up, Magpupungko! The water was clear, calm, and so inviting, perfect for a quick dip. It had that pool-like vibe where you could just chill or take dreamy swim shots. But because we have already enjoyed this during our first and 2nd visit (Demple and I) We decided to just wait for them in the beach area and let them enjoy swimming at the Magpupungko.
Sugba Lagoon
Whew! nobody warned me Sugba Lagoon would be a whole 30–40 minute boat ride away! But hey, the journey was part of the adventure. Once we arrived, it was absolutely worth the travel. The lagoon was serene, surrounded by lush cliffs and turquoise waters. It felt like we stumbled into a fantasy movie set, pure magic. Definitely one of my faves from the whole trip.
Maasin River
Then we made our way to the majestic Maasin River. You know that classic swing shot you see online? Yup, we did that too! With the surrounding greenery and calm waters, the entire place just radiated peace and beauty. It was giving Bali-core realness. I could’ve stayed there forever, but we had more places to see!
Secret Beach
As our last stop, we visited a hidden gem—Secret Beach. It was quiet, less crowded, and perfect for winding down after a packed day. We didn’t stay too long, but enough to appreciate the calm waves and golden hour glow. Definitely one of those “let’s just breathe and take it all in” moments.
To cap off our day, we had dinner at Las Palmas. The ambiance? Chef’s kiss. The food? Even better. It was the perfect way to end such a beautiful and jam-packed day. We were sun-kissed, saltwater-soaked, and stuffed, just the way we like it.
Siargao Day 2 was a whirlwind of sights, swims, and sisterhood. Grateful for this day, these views, and these girls who make every trip ten times more special.
Stay tuned for Day 3, because yes, we still weren’t done living our best lives. Siargao was not ready for us!
