Back to San Luis Beach (Eng/Esp)

English version

Whenever I get the chance to go to the beach, I don’t hesitate—I head out for a while to gaze at the vastness of the sea, watching the waves roll back and forth in a seemingly endless rhythm. Following that movement with my eyes is an activity that brings me peace and joy. I love walking barefoot on the sand and feeling the sun’s rays, especially in the morning.

At first, I thought San Luis Beach was far away, but once I walked the entire way and reached my destination, I felt a great sense of satisfaction. Since then, I’ve made this trip many times. On this occasion, I found a tourist spot, equipped to meet every need, right on the beachfront, near the Medical College.

There are certainly plenty of recreational areas designed for family fun. I stopped by here, and my watch showed a little past two in the afternoon; as a result, the children’s play areas were empty due to the intense sun and the heat radiating from the plastic structures, but I’m sure that later in the afternoon, the park and its surroundings will be filled with the sound of children’s laughter.

I took the opportunity to stroll along the walkways and came across some very eye-catching graffiti on the ground, which featured the beach’s name in large white letters; the background was blue with drawings of seaweed, crabs, and other marine symbols. The design was simple but quite striking because of its colors.

My attention was also drawn to a large, leafy tree known as an acacia; both the sand and the concrete were covered in a thick layer of flowers that had fallen from its branches. It was a very unique and picturesque touch. Every time I walk here, I remember the sunrises I’ve watched from the shore, the sun’s rays timidly breaking through the eastern horizon until they gradually dispel the darkness, offering unforgettable images.

Hey @saavedraa you are welcome.
Thanks for using @worldmappin 😘

When the weather is extremely hot, many people do not like going outside the house. But here in the Philippines, beaches become crowded during summer because of the heat, and many people love swimming and relaxing in the sea.

What I love about that beach, based on the photos you shared, is its wide shoreline. It looks like a nice place to play beach volleyball in the late afternoon. Is the sand on that beach fine?

Yes, it's fine sand, perfect for playing volleyball.

There are always tourists on the beach enjoying the moment and spending time with their families; the kids have the most fun.
