Good afternoon to all my beloved hive friends ♥️
Today I have a lot of free time because I have finished all the work such as the work on the plantation which is very tiring, so today I decided to rest all day. But everything was not as I expected, everything felt very boring, until it crossed my mind to go on an adventure to the foot of the mountain which is very far from my village.
Because it was still morning so I could prepare some equipment and invite some friends to join the adventure. Exactly at 10.00 am everything was finished starting from the equipment to some friends that I had invited, so we immediately went on a trip to the foot of the mountain. Initially we made this trip using a motorbike until we arrived at my uncle's plantation, and on the plantation we would park the motorbike and would do this adventure on foot.
There are no houses around this plantation except for a few small huts belonging to local farmers, and as far as the eye can see, all you can see are very large corn fields. Maybe the farmers around here use their plantations to plant corn and it looks like a living green ocean.
But we didn't stay here for long because after we parked our motorbikes, we immediately walked into the forest to head to the foot of the mountain, but getting to the foot of the mountain was not easy, because there was no main road so we had to cut down several trees and branches to make our own path.
I went on this adventure with 5 friends and a little boy, my cousin. He asked to come along because he wanted to go fishing in the river, so we let him come with us.
My cousin brother became our guide while I just followed every path that he had made for us to pass through, and after passing through this path filled with shady trees, we managed to get out of this extreme path, and the view that I could see next was a very beautiful small waterfall.
The natural atmosphere is still so beautiful, plus its authenticity that has not been damaged by humans, makes this waterfall very beautiful, so we decided to approach the waterfall and rest for a moment there.
But unfortunately the water in the river was a bit murky which most likely there was heavy rain upstream. My cousin immediately took the opportunity to fish in this river and he managed to get some pretty big fish. After we rested under this waterfall and were satisfied enjoying the natural atmosphere, we decided to continue this adventure.
We decided to continue this adventure by crossing the river current because my cousin said that below there would be another waterfall that was bigger than this small waterfall.
The obstacle we faced at that time was that the path was very slippery, but it all felt fun because we did it together. And finally we arrived at the next waterfall.
However, there is no way down to this waterfall, even I myself did not stand near the cliff because the soil here is chalky, which of course is not very strong. However, some of my friends actually enjoyed the beauty of nature by really being on the edge of the cliff.
And my cousin also asked for a little more time to feel the pull of the fish in this waterfall, but because it was very tiring, we finally allowed him to fish while we rested.
But after we explored the area around the river, we couldn't find a way down because everything was cliffs. Rather than taking a big risk, we decided to continue this adventure by going through the hills.
It's been a long time since I came to this place, the changes that have occurred here I can state 100% because in the past here were only big and dense trees even dark but now the dense forest has been used to become a corn plantation. Is this an act of destroying nature or vice versa?
But without me realizing it, the road we were taking was a mountain road that now looked barren.
From the top of this mountain I can see everything below me, even the river covered by trees can be seen clearly from the top of this mountain.
It was a very tiring adventure, but I managed to go through it well so that I could feel satisfaction when interacting directly with nature.
After being satisfied with this adventure, we immediately decided to return to my uncle's corn plantation, but via a different route.
And exactly at half past four we arrived at uncle's hut, and after that we immediately rested before making the journey home, and exactly at five we decided to make the journey home.
