Visit ian Thian Siang Tee Bio Temple at Palmerah

Hello everyone. Do you know anything interesting about the market? Where there is a market, there is a temple. Temples are built to make it easier for Chinese descendants to worship. In Indonesia, many Chinese descendants are in the economic sector. One interesting place is the Hian Thian Siang Tee Bio Temple.

Last June, I visited this place. I followed the Jakarta Good Guide and this temple was one of the places I visited. This place is very famous in Jakarta. However, the temple in Glodok is still fascinating. How about this place? Hian Thian Siang Tee Bio Temple At Palmerah.

From the information I got, this temple was established in 1980. I want to start a conversation about the core of a temple. The main god in this temple is the God of the Northern Sky. This god has the symbol of a snake and a turtle. This god is also a companion, namely Quan-im, the God of Compassion.

I want to tell you that this temple has red and golden-yellow ornaments. Just like temples in general. This temple is also very contrasting with its surroundings. When you enter, you can feel the calm and serenity. Although there is no worship, it feels like there is something that cannot be expressed when you enter this gate.

There is a large building called Giok Hong Siang Tee to welcome visitors. There is a board with Chinese writing in this place. Of course, it is related to the dynasty that founded this place. Furthermore, there is a very large prayer room in the middle with a statue of the Gods Kwan Kong, Hian Thian Siang Tee, and Kwan In Po Sat.

God Hian Thian Siang Tee is the god of medicine. However, there is another interesting thing, this god is also an antidote to black magic. For other gods, such as Kwan Kong, he is a god who is tasked with avoiding war. Finally, God Kwan In Po Sat is the Goddess of compassion. There are many places to pray in this place.

In this place, there is also a hermitage, and there is a keris wrapped in black cloth. In Indonesia, Keris is an heirloom object that looks like a knife. This is a common thing and every temple has this place. It is said that Muslims also come to this place to pray for Surya Kencana and Imam Sujono Djilosu.

Another thing I want to tell you about this place is that there are 116 medicine recipes and 51 meanings of fate that can be found in this place. In the past, the caretaker of this place was a Feng Shui expert. How to use it? Visitors can pray while holding a bundle of sticks, and then the sticks that fall are matched with the recipe for medicine and the meaning of fate. It's called Chiamsi.

Oh yes, this temple is part of the Tridharma religion, namely Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism. The temple can be visited by everyone. People around also visit. Another interesting thing is the caretaker of the place, there are Muslims and Catholics. That's all I can share about this. What do you think? See you in my next story.

So cool that temples are close to markets in Italy it's not like that and this temple looks amazing 😍😍😍

Didn't Italy promote the spread of Christianity? Asia is a region where Hinduism and Buddhism spread, so there are temples
