Into The Vibrant Greens With My Teens
Among the many non-working holidays, Easter Sunday is one of the most awaited ones. It's a perfect time for families and friends to bond and celebrate the Risen Sunday. Families go to different places they desire after an early Sunday mass or service fellowship. The most common spots are beaches, highland cafes, malls, or a family's favorite restaurant for celebration, and some could even hold festivities at home. As for me and my teens, we headed to Adlawon Vacation Farm. As these teens grow up in the city, the main purpose of this day out is to immerse them to a place where sustainable farming happens; the value of serenity brought by the greens; carpentry and woodwork; the origin and taste of fresh produce (from farm to table), to instill in them the value of respect to those people (farmers) who untiringly made our food on the table possible; and the scenic view of mountain slopes added with the tricky maneuvers of the wheels traversing the uphills and downhills in going there.

The farm has varied rooms for families or large number of guests. It has a cafe that boasts its freshly picked from the farm menus. With its vast area, it may take one to sweat-out a lot in going around the farm, from one kind of produce to another. In time you get tired of exploring on foot, they have a cart for guests to use. Among the facilities we can enjoy, they have a spacious children's playground, basketball court, chapel, 14 stations of the cross, billiard corner, cooking area, carpentry/woodwork area, compost area, pond area, hanging bridge, and many more. One of the facilities I like is the area where I got to feed fresh lettuce to the obviously super healthy and fat goats.
Let Her Embrace The Moment
When under the huge tree, this is everybody's favorite: an up-high swing with vines that gives you a real cool breeze as it moves while enjoying the bird's eye view of the farm. You need a high ladder reaching it and could be eventually sleepy as it swings. This teen's lucky to have it for herself with a brother as her photographer without a single complaints. Feeling literally on top of the world😊😂😍
Sibling's Moment
After several minutes of retakes and poses, it's payback time: a sun-kissed selfie with big brother😅. Again, my loving son just agreed and never complains. How sweet it is to have a brother like him!😍

A Moment To Nurture Friendship With Laughter
Though they play billiards as beginner, they laugh with their mistakes like a pro. In life, never miss out an opportunity of fun, and don't be scared to try and fail. Life is too short not to try something new and cry over some mistakes. Just keep trying until you make it😇😍.
