That's a fabulous writeup of a wonderful museum I visited many years ago now.

If you ever get to the beautiful island of Penang, there is a wonderful colonial museum there housed in a typical colonial style mansion. Well worth a visit.

I've been visiting Malaysia for 20 years and finding my way around the integrated transport system with its complex and bizarre signage never gets any easier so I'm glad to hear it's not only me that struggles!

Happy Christmas, despite, like me, not getting anywhere day off. At least we can party for the new year.

        Thank you @nathen007 - yup, there was no hint as to where the museum might be or how to get to it. I began to fear I'd be wandering around shopping malls and station walkways for the rest of my life...
