Without phones or internet, time felt slower. The quiet was something I hadn’t experienced in a long time.

Is it that you're not allowed to use a device in the area or it's just that there aren't networks in the area to be able to use phones?

        There are some monasteries that even electricity is prohibited. In the one I stayed they are allowing it but the service is not good .

              Wow, that's probably why there are no networks. The areas is just made for monasteries, just like off the grid.
