Tucked away along the beautiful coast of Ginatilan, Cebu, Casa Aleli was the perfect place for a short break from the busy city. Our overnight stay was peaceful and relaxing, with amazing ocean views, cozy rooms, and a quiet atmosphere that made us feel at home.
Reaching Casa Aleli was an adventure in itself. The drive from Cebu City took about four to five hours, passing through scenic coastal roads, green fields, and small towns. We made a few stops along the way to enjoy the views and try some local snacks.
When we arrived, the friendly staff welcomed us and made sure check-in was quick and easy. The place had a simple yet stylish feel, with wooden accents and modern comforts. We stayed in their Casitas room, which can accommodate up to six people. It was big, clean, and had a balcony with an incredible ocean view.
The beach is located just across the road from Casa Aleli. It was easy to get there, and we could dip into the water right away. The resort also has an infinity pool facing the sea, where we spent the afternoon swimming and relaxing.
Casa Aleli does not have a restaurant, but they serve breakfast. We just had to pre-order our meals so they could prepare them in advance. Since the main reason we visited Ginatilan was for the town’s fiesta, we were invited to my grandma and cousins' house for lunch, dinner, and lunch the next day.
Since we had extra time, we decided to explore Ginatilan. We visited Inambakan Falls, a stunning waterfall surrounded by trees, where we took a refreshing swim. The town itself had a quiet and friendly charm, with warm locals and interesting history.
As our stay at Casa Aleli came to an end, we wished we had more time to enjoy the place. The mix of nature, relaxation, and great service made it an unforgettable experience. Whether you're looking for a romantic trip, a family getaway, or a quiet escape, Casa Aleli in Ginatilan is a great place to visit.
Would we go back? Definitely! Casa Aleli gave us wonderful memories, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing trip.
