Early morning wanderings. Bogura. Bangladesh.

in Worldmappin3 days ago

There ain't no point in lying around in bed when there is so much to see. A couple of us took the opportunity of getting up at stupid o'clock, jumping into a Mr. Rick Shaw and heading out to experience life in the region's largest wholesale vegetable farmers market.

What a wonderful world we live in

Deeper in to the market , not at all feeling out of place, or uncomfortable no hassle no begging, it was as though I was invisible

Bogura is in the northern region of Bangladesh and is one of the key areas for vegetable growing. Supplying their produce across the country.

I find this photo carries a lot of emotion, as Aunty walks amongst us deep in thought or hiding herself away from others?

Traveling by rickshaw in this wonderful city of Bogra is really fun. On this special morning trip, you enjoyed the beautiful and largest vegetable market of your city. The people there and the tuk tuk ride were fun. Your long breath with such interesting places and beautiful mysterious people and the cool morning weather are always invigorating. Above all, thank you very much for sharing this beautiful place of Bogra city and your trip with pictures.

Beautiful Bangladesh! Warm, sociable people with a very rich and colorful culture. I love your photos, they truly are taking me to Bangladesh.

Thank you @jeanieviv84 , I appreciate your kind comments, and am glad you are enjoying such a wonderful country

Always enjoy seeing the children, wide eyed and interested in everything happening. Older folks tend to carry the hard life on their faces, completely different story.

Not a place for me, far too many people, food market similar to those found in rural areas throughout Africa.

I enjoyed it,felt safe, guess not so safe in SA

Old South Africa was a pleasure, now one would not walk through a city let alone a street market, well I wouldn't.

I get your sentiment

The place might be crowded but it has enough space for people who loves to go to the market to buy vegetables. I love the quality of your camera which made the photo relatable.

Cheers @eusell much appreciate your kind words

Wow, a place that provides a truly profound and extraordinary life experience ❤️🙏

Indeed it was cheers

Markets are a great way to see real life in a country. There seems to be a heck load of greens there, almost like spring greens time!

I do ‘t eat green stuff lol
