Dang, that's crazy. I remember when I was a kid they had some World Cup games in Detroit, and it was a huge deal, but I was never really into soccer, so we didn't go. On a different subject, I just saw a couple near where I live is opening a Ukrainian restaurant in my hometown, which will be a first for the entire 100+ mile radius I'm guessing.
