hmm glass bottles here have a metal cap, not a plastic one...also plastic bottles have plastic cap so it will also ruin the water but you have the full bottle too

as for metal, avoid alluminium, that drops it and you drink it

Did you thought about the inner layer of the metal cap? ;)

Next time I'll give a look, but I'm pretty sure I seen rust on a cap of a bottle I kept at home in the inner part

At least we in Europe have a plastic seal part in these. But anyway, everything today is filled with microplastic - it is almost unavoidable. Time to think about our (plastic-) consumerism

That's true, we use too much plastic and I see it also from how much plastic garbage I produce, everything is inside plastic
