Greetings to everyone in this community in which I publish for the nice initiative about us women.
We women have always been stigmatized, even in the XXI century, we continue to be discriminated just for being a woman, to raise our voices, to get the same treatment and salary as a man is a goal to achieve in some societies today because they talk about equality of men and women but in many cases the discrimination is found in an underhanded way in our workplace and even at home.
But women are characterized by being creative, fighters and intuitive, when we understand what equality is all about, we do not take NO for an answer.
My pillars were and are the women of my family, which is the predominant sex, from them I learned through respect but not silence to seek and fight for my place in society.
To obtain my career I had to fight against all those who argued that as a woman I could not meet the parameters of the entrance exam, since these were based on measurements of physical tests for men.
I really had to try harder than others, not because of the tests themselves, but because they allowed me to measure myself against the men.
But above all, more than my strength, I had the support of the women in my family, an important aspect to have nowadays, in many cases we women put obstacles among ourselves.
Today I am a professional, I am able to share my knowledge but above all I insist when talking about education, in the value of women, I always end up talking about those girls who are the pillar and the future of any society, not only for being the only one who has the gift of procreation, but also to shine in respect, knowledge and wisdom and that together with men, I repeat together with men can make a better society and a more perfect world.
