Spinning too many plates; doing too many things at once. Definitely, in one way or another I believe that every one has been in a situation that required them to spin too many plates. Well I am no different.
There are times at the office, I am asked to do a ton of tasks. There's this day that my boss decided to work from home. I had to manage the office. That day, we had clients that were coming in to sign an agreement. I informed my boss of their arrival. She sent me their agreement; I print, they sign. As I was printing, she sent me another document that I had to print, stamp and scan ASAP. I had to abandon my clients, for what I thought would be 5 minutes. I printed the document and signed. I couldn't use my printer to scan because I had not yet installed the drives. I had to go borrow a cam-scanner since I had deleted mine, scanned it and sent it back to my boss.
Meanwhile, the clients needed a rectification in their documents; I had to call my boss. She was also in the process to call me. Apparently, the stamp was not visible in the scan. I had to redo it all again, rectify the client's document, print their document, make them acknowledgement, all the while dealing with their impatience. I felt like I was spinning in my head...
