        Michael Ende wrote the book. It's printed in two different colours. One colour his life/world, the fantasy world is printed in a different colour.
        It's about how a bullied child saves fantasy.

        I don't think your story has something in common. I do wonder why other children left their toys behind and if grandpa is George
