Ify's mom has been advising her on the need to eat slowly in order to prevent indigestion of any kind. She always puts a big morsel of food in her mouth. The episode of indigestion that left her vomiting everything that she ate keeps ringing in her mom's head, and she doesn't want it to happen. That is an ethic in which her mom keeps remembering her each time she is eating. She should maintain it always and always keep to it to prevent it from reoccurring.
The person who is eating should always not talk while doing the eating but always stick to the food that the person is eating. Water should always be by the side in case of indigestion when someone is eating to help while eating. Also, the morsel of food that the person is eating should always be sizeable. While eating, there should be chunks that one can swallow at the very moment while eating her food.
According to her mom's advice, she should always stick to the good ethics of eating to prevent that from happening again while eating.
