Good morning all, writing my 5 minutes free writing with prompt - Define it. Hope you enjoy reading.

It is performace review period for the company, Leon’s management has scheduled his review session to be after lunch today.

Despite his heavy workload for the past year, covering 2 positions on a single pay abd reporting to 2 organizations. He received an “acceptable”, when ask to define area he did not do well and quote specific example. Leon’s leadership was unable to define it as he asked for.

Leon reminded them its their duty to define it in a “SMART” way as the organization practice.
