Believing that hiding it in plain sight would be the best strategy, they placed the pendant under the arch of the gateway to Darian's courtyard. To ensure its safety, they set up deadly traps, making it nearly impossible for thieves to retrieve it.
The Secret Shadow, a notorious criminal society, had been eyeing the pendant for months. Despite the government's secrecy, they managed to gather information about the treasure's location. However, they didn't discover the traps set under the arch. Confident in their plan, they strategized how to overpower the guards and claim the pendant.
The night of the heist arrived, and the Secret Shadow put their plan into action. They successfully distracted and overpowered the guards, making their way to the location under the arch where the pendant was hidden. But as one of the thieves approached, he triggered a trap and was shot with a poisonous arrow. The plan began to unravel, and the thieves were quickly apprehended.
The failure of the heist was spectacular, with the thieves being caught and taken to jail. The pendant of Durasimi was safe once again, protected by the clever hiding spot under the arch and the deadly traps that guarded it.
