Javia arrived at the police station in handcuffs. How he managed to escape the last time left a lot of questions unanswered but we suspected that he had a deal with the corrupt police officer.

Mr Javia, you'd need to maintain decorum, else, whatever you say now can be used against you in the court of law.

Agent Cooper alerted Javia from his desk as he was led to the counter.

Can you put your side of the story in a written form?

Cooper asked as Javia nodded in affirmative. He kept quiet to avoid being in more trouble. But the handcuffs increased his provocation.

I won't be able to write in my current position, unlock the cuff.

We all stared in amazement at his commanding tone as he spoke to the officers. They all wanted to be good people all for the sake of the law. Just as we were wondering what the next move of the officers would be, Cooper signaled another officer who had a baton with him to unlock the cuffs. We weren't able to see how he did it, all we knew was that Javia had his left hand tied against the workbench so that he could write with his left.

Now, the table is all yours.

The officer said, taking a few steps backward from the workbench.

Javia made an attempt to begin writing on the paper. The only thing he could write was:

it is an uncertain ratio.

The case was about to be closed because Javia appeared method of with his approach to that short statement. The police had no choice than to ask the two parties to settle their difference mutually as there was no case against Javia. His handcuff was removed and the settlement process was commenced afterward.
