Joy's love for cheese couldn't be compared to anything. A day without it was a pain in the neck. One day, Joy heard of an increase in the prices of ingredients and decided to buy many slices that could last her for weeks.

The blackout in the power supply wasn't a good supporter of her plan, but she was interested in hearing the price increase. She purchased and stucked the fridge with cheese, giving out a nice scent to anyone who opened it. Just as the news of the high prices struck, Joy counted herself lucky to have bought some quantity.

It was a hot day at work when Joy forgot she hadn't carried with her the cheese she had planned to take. After her hectic day at work, she completely forgot she had left cheese at home. Upon getting back home, she went straight to where she had packaged the cheese, only to find nothing.

"Who did this? There is no way something I packaged here for work would have gone without anyone touching it!!!," she exclaimed.

Her voice rose when she didn't get any positive response from her siblings. Finally, Mira, her elder sister, returned and found her shouting. Mira confronted her, reminding her that it was payback for what Joy did to her newly bought dress.

"But that wasn't intentional. I didn't mean to burn your newly bought shirt; I only wanted to iron it and make use of it, and the incident occurred."

"Really? I never saw it that way, besides, you were so rude that day and unapologetic. I needed to pay back with something else that would really get to you so that next time you learn how to apologize when you have done something wrong."

"Whatever!!!" Joy hissed and walked out of the room angrily.

"You can check the fridge I left a cheese there before the blackout occurred," Mira said jokingly knowing her intentions.

Joy who thought a magic could occurred opened the fridge only to get a whiff of spoiled cheese. This time, she wished she could restore the taste but couldn't only to waste it in the refuse bin knowing is only Mira was really determined to make paranoid.

A cheese for a dress...

Do you know there's no need to store cheese in the fridge? Not one single cheese shop with us, or cheese farm, will store it that way.
On these cheese you won't find a validation date and it's wrapped in a piece of paper. If asked for they can seal it (vacuum).

Such a waste to throw it away. It's not spoiled. If stored in the fridge cheese tastes better if 20-30 minutes out of it before eating (it's a long time waiting for a cheese lover).

🍀❤️

Dramatic people 😅😅😅

Who sent her to iron the clothes? No one🤔

LEO Power Up Day - January 15, 2024

She should have bought a wheel of cheese and a power blackout can't spoil cheese. A cheese addict like myself would be happy with that "spoiled" piece. Can I have it, please?

A story with an unexpected twist. Thanks for joining pic1000.
