Para los que vivimos con mascotas algunas veces puede ser algo preocupante o alarmante escuchar como algunas veces podemos escuchar ciertos sonidos en horas de la noche y es que, pues en algunos casos, podemos escuchar golpes o inclusive ladridos en caso de los peros o maullidos en caso de los gatos, pero, aunque en algunos casos son normales en otros sí que no lo son del todo.
Y es que recuerdo que un amigo que vivía con su mascota, pero que no la dejaba entrar en casa, simplemente dejaba que este pasara él día y noche afuera y este vivía a gusto ahí, y pasa sus noches tranquilas, hasta que en una de tantas noches mi amigo escuchó “un fuerte gruñido en la noche” que parecía venir del patio de su casa, este al escuchar a posterior a su perro ladrar salió a ver que había sido aquello.
Para su sorpresa, no había nada visible, pero este si noto que su perro estaba enfocado en algo, puesto que este no venía aun cuando este simplemente le llamaba y no había que ni hacer esfuerzo para que este normalmente estuviera en la puerta esperándolo a que le dijeran que iba a hacer, y fue lo que le llamo la atención y deicidio salir a ver qué había pasado.
Y como si de algo escrito fuera, se encontró un caso particular, pues al parecer, uno de los gatos de su vecina había estado cazando algún ratón por ahí y en la persecución de estos al pasar por la pared que los divide, el ratón se fue abajo y más atrás el gato, o quien sabe si solo el gato, la cosa es que estaba una escena en la que su mascota tenía acorralado al gato intruso y estaban en una tira y encoge entre ver quien le hacía daño a quien.
De ahí el fuerte ruido y que había asustado a su dueño, pues quien no se preocupa por sus mascotas y aún más cuando no pasan o no suelen pasar este tipo de cosas, pero bueno, lo cierto es que le quedo algo de enseñanzas al amigo de que quizás mejor tratar de meter a su mascota dentro de casa, que exponerlo a algún daño o herida de parte de algún otro animal que puede enfermarle.
Y es que, aunque parezca una tontería, son casos que pueden realmente pasar y que, aunque su naturaleza pueda ser salvaje, muchas veces estos al ser domesticados, pierden cierta “malicia” lo que los expone aún más a cualquier tipo de herida, pero bueno, esto hay que saber respetarlo entre lo que pueden ser los gustos o preferencias de cada uno de los amos y la disposición que estos tengan para con la mascota.
Pero son cosas a tener en cuenta y que realmente hay que saber entender, pues al final estos seres también son parte de la familia de cada uno de nosotros y nos alegran la existencia, y así como ellos cuidan de nosotros, nosotros debemos cuidar de ellos porque ese es el “trato” que tenemos o el compromiso que hay que tener para con ellos o al menos es lo que yo entiendo para cualquier relación.

For those of us who live with pets, sometimes it can be a bit worrying or alarming to hear how sometimes we can hear certain sounds at night and, in some cases, we can hear knocking or even barking in the case of dogs or meowing in the case of cats, but, although in some cases they are normal in others they are not at all.
I remember a friend of mine who lived with his pet, but did not let it enter the house, he simply let it spend the day and night outside and it lived at ease there, and spent his nights quietly, until one of many nights my friend heard “a loud growl in the night” that seemed to come from the yard of his house, he heard his dog barking and went out to see what had been that.
To his surprise, there was nothing visible, but he did notice that his dog was focused on something, since it did not come even when he simply called him and he did not even have to make an effort for it to normally be at the door waiting for him to be told what to do, and that is what caught his attention and he decided to go out to see what had happened.
And as if it was something written, he found a particular case, because apparently, one of his neighbor's cats had been hunting a mouse around and in the pursuit of these passing through the wall that divides them, the mouse went down and further back the cat, or who knows if only the cat, the thing is that there was a scene in which his pet had cornered the intruder cat and were in a tug of war between seeing who was hurting who.
Hence the loud noise and that had frightened its owner, because who does not care about their pets and even more when they do not happen or do not usually happen this kind of things, but well, the truth is that he was something of lessons to the friend that maybe better to try to get your pet inside the house, to expose it to any damage or injury from any other animal that can make you sick.
And, although it may seem silly, these are cases that can really happen and that, although their nature may be wild, many times when they are domesticated, they lose some “malice” which exposes them even more to any kind of injury, but well, this must be respected between what may be the tastes or preferences of each of the masters and the disposition that they have for the pet.
But these are things to take into account and that we really have to know how to understand, because in the end these beings are also part of the family of each one of us and they make our existence happy, and just as they take care of us, we must take care of them because that is the “deal” we have or the commitment we have to have with them or at least that is what I understand for any relationship.
