En el mundo podremos conseguir personas un tanto particulares y es que estadísticamente hablando, podemos decir que gracias a la enorme por no decir casi infinita cantidad de personas que hay habitando este planeta, es común entender que todos podemos tener gustos y preferencias particulares que simplemente pueden o no ser comunes, más, sin embargo, el mercado de productos, muchas veces busca atacar ciertas especificaciones para satisfacer a los clientes en sus requerimientos, pero muchas veces solo algo “sencillo”.
Y es que, por ejemplo, trabajando, suelo dar mi número a los clientes para que cuando tengan su requerimiento, puedan escribirme y mandarme la información sobre qué producto están buscando, para que, de cierta manera, estos no tengan que trasladarse hasta la tienda y yo les pueda enviar la información necesaria sobre el producto, fotos, medidas, etc, pero, aunque a veces suele ser bastante sencillo, hay otras veces que son algo particulares.
Como “un encargo extraño” de un cliente que quería una nevera de un color marrón, pues él no quería la típica nevera de acero inoxidable, o aquellas más “modernas” en colores blancos, azules e inclusive rosa, y como este vio qué había en estos colores me solicitó que si sabía de la existencia de un modelo con esas características, y aunque lo cierto es que pueda que se consigan modelos bajo esas características.
Quedan limitados a un selecto grupo de equipos de series exclusivas, pues al menos en Samsung, se pueden conseguir neveras que sean cuatro puertas o french door, que posean la característica de cambiar sus paneles de colores, pero en top mount, no, y esto fue el requerimiento del cliente, algo que es casi imposible de encontrar, porque la serie Be Spoke al menos lo que tenemos disponible, no llegan modelos de ese estilo con esas especificaciones.
Y es como, tuve que desestimar ese encargo por lo complicado y lo poco usual del mismo, pero, aun así, no fue un simple no, sino algo que se investigó con lo que serían ciertos especialistas dentro de la tienda, porque algo me han dicho inclusive algunos gerentes, es que puedo ser un poco “fastidioso” con los requerimientos de los clientes, pero es como yo les digo, es mi trabajo y siempre que alguien me escriba, buscaré atenderlo y ofrecerle el mejor producto que se adapte a sus necesidades.
E independientemente de lo que soliciten, siempre es bueno darse una vuelta, revisar y como no, buscar apoyo para ver si se puede o no dar con estos requerimientos por más extraños que puedan ser, o por más particulares que sean, porque al final, muchas veces estos requerimientos pueden ser “extraños”, pero tener un producto que realmente se ajuste a sus necesidades, es solamente cuestión de buscar, y no simplemente dar un no por respuesta, porque al final es esto último lo que hace que los clientes puedan o no desestimar tu atención, y al menos a mí gracias a Dios, me han recomendado en una especie de boca a boca entre mis clientes y sus familiares y amigos.

As “a strange commission” of a customer who wanted a refrigerator of a brown color, because he did not want the typical stainless steel refrigerator, or those more “modern” in white, blue and even pink, and as he saw what was in these colors he asked me if I knew of the existence of a model with these characteristics, and although the truth is that you can get models with these characteristics.
They are limited to a select group of exclusive series equipment, because at least in Samsung, you can get refrigerators that are four doors or french door, which have the feature of changing their color panels, but in top mount, no, and this was the requirement of the client, something that is almost impossible to find, because the Be Spoke series at least what we have available, there are no models of that style with those specifications.
And it's like, I had to dismiss that request because of how complicated and unusual it was, but, even so, it was not a simple no, but something that was investigated with what would be certain specialists within the store, because something even some managers have told me, is that I can be a little “annoying” with the requirements of customers, but it's like I tell them, it's my job and whenever someone writes me, I will seek to serve them and offer them the best product that suits their needs.
And regardless of what they request, it is always good to take a walk, review and of course, seek support to see whether or not you can meet these requirements however strange they may be, or however particular they may be, because in the end, many times these requirements may be “strange”, but having a product that really fits their needs, is just a matter of looking, and not simply giving a no for an answer, because in the end it is the latter that makes customers may or may not dismiss your attention, and at least I thank God, I have been recommended in a kind of word of mouth among my clients and their family and friends.
