Hay cosas de cosas y la naturaleza siempre se encarga de demostrar lo simple y a la vez complejo que puede ser, pues, por ejemplo, en la parte donde vivo no es tan convencional que las lluvias lleguen de mañana, tal como está ocurriendo en este preciso instante, a menos que sea a causa de estelas o presencia de actividad de tormentas tropicales o cosas por el estilo que puedan precisar las condiciones necesarias para que ocurra la precipitación.
Ya que lo común es que llueva luego del mediodía o antes de finalizar la tarde, pues, tampoco lo es tan común de noche a menos que se esté dando la época de lluvias, lo cierto es que al mismo tiempo es un encanto que llueva y no tanto, pues, por un lado, la verdad refresca a lo que puede ser este calor tropical de la zona, que simplemente algunas veces puede ser insoportable por la intensidad, la sensación térmica y la humedad que puede quedar en el ambiente, y que lamentablemente entre lo que pueden ser las labores de los gobernadores, alcalde y largo etc..
No está contemplado la realización de mantenimientos y de ponerle cuidado a lo que pueden ser sistemas de drenajes públicos y terminan por colapsar estos dejando la ciudad prácticamente en ciertos puntos hasta inaccesible por la cantidad de agua que va quedando esparcida por el lugar, puesto que hay zonas verdaderamente críticas que quedan abnegadas y la cosa se queda así por largos ratos.
Entonces simplemente a veces no se sabe que es mejor, que si llueva o no, y aparte destacar que no solamente es esa la preocupación de muchos, puesto que, sumado a lo que pueden ser temas de drenajes, está el del suministro de agua que gracias a las lluvias, tiende a ponerse intermitente, pues, de cierta manera los encargados de este rubro por decirlo de alguna manera, son algo ineficientes con el sistema de bombeo, con el tema del filtrado y aprovechamiento del agua y pues.. pasan las cosas que pasan que son estar desde un día a una semana sin agua..
Por lo que para muchos la llegada de estas lluvias y de la temporada de lluvias es realmente un tema de entre un poco de alivio para el calor y una incertidumbre o temor a que simplemente se quede atrapado entre la ciudad abnegada o la falla en el suministro del vital líquido en nuestras casas, algo que sinceramente no es tan difícil que ocurra y más bajo estas condiciones antes mencionadas.
En lo particular sinceramente sé que este último tema se pudiera arreglar de cierta manera, con un buen mantenimiento y adecuación del sistema, pero lamentablemente el otro punto, quizás no es tan sencillo, pues depende de tantos factores que quizás solamente se pudiera colocar un “trapito de agua caliente”, pues lamentablemente hay personas que no tienen conciencia y lanzan basura a la calle y estos restos son los que van tapando los drenajes y simplemente no se pudría luchar con ellos a menos que existiesen leyes más estrictas sobre el caso.

Then, sometimes we simply do not know what is better, whether it rains or not, and besides, it should be pointed out that this is not the only concern of many, since, in addition to drainage issues, there is the water supply which, thanks to the rains, tends to become intermittent, well, in a certain way those in charge of this area, so to speak, are somewhat inefficient with the pumping system, with the filtering and use of the water and well. . the things that happen are from one day to one week without water....
So for many the arrival of these rains and the rainy season is really a matter of between a little relief from the heat and an uncertainty or fear of simply being trapped between the city abnegated or the failure in the supply of the vital liquid in our homes, something that sincerely is not so difficult to happen and more under these conditions mentioned above.
In particular, I sincerely know that this last issue could be fixed in a certain way, with a good maintenance and adaptation of the system, but unfortunately the other point, perhaps it is not so simple, because it depends on so many factors that perhaps only a "hot water rag" could be placed, because unfortunately there are people who have no conscience and throw garbage into the street and these remains are those that are clogging the drains and simply could not fight with them unless there were stricter laws on the case.
