When we reach a certain stage in our career and if we are already in a certain position for long enough, one will always be looking at their options, upwards within the same organization or looking to move to another department in search of something new or something more suitable to one's career aspirations.
Moving up sometimes is an easier decision but searching for something new, would be a much bolder option. The question will always be would you like to swop for something that is of a bigger uncertainty?
In recent years, it does seem like many are more willing to take the plunge and swop in view of either stale management or situations where life stage changed and require adjustment, there are many reasons but in terms of long term loyalty, it has almost become a thing of the past.
Are you stuck in your career and ready to seek out new opportunities or you prefer to stick to where you are at present?
