During meetings, we will see many different kinds of people. There will be people whom are really prepared and able to handle all kinds of questions being thrown to them. There are also those that will just crumble when a simple question is asked. But there is also a final class that are actually winging it without any preparation and somehow able to survive the demands of the directors and higher ups.
And often these are the people that we need to be weary of because they actually don't know what they themselves are talking about. When they do not know a thing but start commenting or committing for others, some unfortunate victims will be thrown into the fray and it is really bad. If you do know of such individuals, whenever they attend meetings, it will be better if we attend in person as well so that we do not get stray arrows from their assumed truths or understanding. Be vigilant and always observe your colleagues around you.
