There is just someone in office that I felt I am super unlike him. Ever since the day he joined the department, he displayed very different vibes from me.
I like to understand things a little deeper before making any conclusion but he is very different. He aims to reply our boss as fast as he can without any form of checking and often causing more work for others.
I share achievements with the team and ensures everyone gets credited, he is different again as he always claims to be the sole individual contributor when he had gotten tonne of help from everyone else in the department.
I work by using my connection to expedite progress, he is different, he use shortcuts and underhand methods to get his work done quickly.
It is tough working with someone like this. Ok, off to another day in the office.
