Ever since the start and formation of the task force, they have been in search for the right location to setup the headquarters for this task force. There were many considerations being put in to find the most suitable place to reduce unnecessary cost later if they wish to expand。 And this was exactly what the task force had to discuss during their first meeting. Selecting the right location is key because of rising operating cost and they also need access to the best talents.
Someone in the task force gave a wild suggestion to identify a green field and create an ecosystem around it which will be able to attract people to relocate and form a city. While this sound like a really good idea, the problem will be the time to fulfilment for this. After 2 days of discussion, the location is finalized, to bid for a piece of land right at the city fringe and build up their office and hire prospectus talent whom have yet to graduate and come up with a program to groom them while they finish up their schooling years.
