Today is the first day of the work seminar and workers from various department gathered at the multi purpose hall for this particular event. This goal of the seminar is for workers from various department to interact and also to discuss on the strategic framework to be adopted for the year ahead.
While it is within the same company, not everyone know everybody, hence the host of the event asked for everyone to be gathered in groups of 4 to have some ice breaker to get to know everyone better. And to start things going, the first activity was called "Tell Me Something New" where the individual has to share something new about him or herself with their group. The groups had loads of fun and laughter throughout the session. Many new friendships were made through this as the company strengthens itself internally.
