The mood in office is really very low, nothing ever please me or even makes me motivated to go to work each day. There is endless amount of work that waits for me, tonnes of people whom can't wait to throw their work at me and ridiculous datelines to meet.
But somehow, we are expected to tell external surveyors that we are happy working in this company. The level of suppression to share the truth is very high because people whom share the truth will be questioned and being put to hours of "sharing" session so that your mindset can be calibrated to what things are supposed to be as per the management.
What have we become? Doing good or showing good? Are we trying to please ourselves or trying to please others that look at us externally.
I guess, things will start to show up badly when the suppression cannot subdue to oppression.
