After touring the showflat room by room and sharing more about the property to the prospective buyer, the property agent brought them to the mock up model of the property and showed them the various amenities available in this newly launched condominium. There were swimming pools, barbecue pits, playgrounds and function rooms available. After which, the property agent shared the various units that are still available and asked if there is any unit that the prospective buyer will be interested in.
Then the daughter of the prospective buyer suddenly pointed to the model and asked the property agent, why is the cats and the dogs in the nearby park so much bigger. Then the property agent smiled and replied her that the model is not made to scale for some of the objects because if made to scale it will be very small. The daughter then also smiled at her own question.
After which, the buyer told the property agent, they will need a bit more time to decide and also check out other nearby projects before deciding where they would want to finally get.
