Christine just came back from a long leave as she took time to get herself recharged. She had a really good break and enjoy spending time away from office to busk in the beauty of the natural world.
However, as she turned on her office PC and tried to log on into her account to access her computer, the first attempt failed as she was prompted that the password is incorrect. She cracked her brain and tried to recall her password. After thinking through, she keyed in the next most probable password but again she was prompted that her password is wrong. She is aware that her account will be locked out should she fail on the third attempt.
While she was thinking again, she accidentally hit the enter button again and she is now locked out due to a third wrong attempt.
So she had no choice but to give her IT department a call to get help. When they picked up, she told the guy, "Hi there, I am sorry, I got locked out of my account."
The IT guy replied her, "No issue, we will get it unlock and reset for you. Please be careful next time."
