The situation is tense, the argument went on for hours in the meeting between Lewis and his supervisor. There is so much anger that they are shouting at one another because both of them are stepping on each other's backyard.
Lewis's supervisor wanted to get Lewis to accommodate to the cost saving measure that the company is adopting while Lewis did had concerns in view of a reduced salary due to overtime payment and shift allowance is being cut. Both had their own perspective of things. After hearing enough, Lewis stormed out of the meeting room and start typing his resignation letter.
Everyone gather at Lewis's work desk and told him to rehink and reconsider on his decision. A furious replied, "Why should I stay to make myself miserable each day."
However, everyone knew he has key nice skillset and ask what can make Lewis change his mind. Lewis replied, "Simple, he'll have to beg!"
