The CEO of the company had led his company to establishing themselves well within the local market and their brand has already become a household brand to many. However, this is not where he want his company to be, he want them known in the global market and to establish global reach.
While the path towards having a global reach for their products is going to be difficult, the CEO is very clear on what he wanted and formed a taskforce within the company to be led by the business development manager of the company.
After months of market survey, understanding export tariffs and also the cost associated with shipping etc, the taskforce lead reported on the viability of possible global reach. After answering a couple of questions from the CEO, he shared on the roadmap towards expanding the business globally.
Following the roadmap, the company managed to hit into the global market within a year since this plan started. A new milestone for the company after their successful expansion.
