When the buzzer that signify that cleaning is complete rang, Maria walked to the dishwasher and opened up the lid, wanting to take out the washed plates and utensils and put them back on the rack for future use, but to her horror, she saw a dirty dish amongst the cleaned dishes, This is the first time that she ever see this happening as this dishwasher was her best companion to clean up all the dirty dishes after a meal. She was puzzled that why only none of the dishwashes were nicely washed.
After some troubleshooting, she found that there is some blockage in the area where the dirty dish was found. While she attempted to fix it, she couldn't do so. Hence she called up the service team for the dishwasher company to schedule an appointment for their service engineer to come down and fix it.
